== How does a rehearsal work? == The regular rehearsal show is on Tuesdays from 1300 to 1700h or Sundays between 1400 to 1800h. The rehearsal stage prepares you for your show. You can test your concept, practise procedures, familiarise yourself with the technology and also make mistakes! For orientation, you and the programme council will receive a report after the rehearsal stage. You make an appointment with the programme council to discuss your concept and your desired broadcasting slot. The programme council then decides whether you will get a slot on Radio Helsinki with your concept. ==== 1. Procedure of the rehearsal stage on tuesday (note: on sunday we start at 14:00h!): ==== * 13:00 to 14:00h: Preparations in the studio * 14:00 to 15:00h: Live broadcast: Duration max. 55min. * 15:00 to 16:00h: Feedback and discussion in the studio * 16:00 to 17:00h: Creation of a programme on CBA ==== 2. Repeat your programme idea, refer to the station (Radio Helsinki). * End of programme: summary, farewell, reference to the next programme in the programme. * Note: You should be finished with your closing presentation 5 minutes before the next programme! The next programme makers can come into the studio for the handover. This is an opportunity to greet each other and make joint programme handovers. Otherwise: Play five minutes of music as a transition. . ==== Example of a programme description: ==== CBA: https://cba.fro.at/525590 Title: Snapshots from "Sprachenfest #1" Celebrating the rich cultures of languages in Europe and beyond.
